Wanted to send a few photos from the day Sybil arrived here in Bend. It's hard to believe it is the end of April! Also wanted to thank you for your service in getting our new pony out here from PA. We were very happy with how good she looked after such a long trip and we were also very happy to meet Randy and Joe after our many calls from the road.

Oregon to Ohio March 2008

Thanks SO MUCH to both you and Randy, for all your communication with me. I REALLY appreciate your reassurances that Masha is doing VERY WELL and is in good hands. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know, who is shipping a horse anywhere in the US or Canada. I actually know many, many Haflinger owners from coast to coast who buy and sell horses and need dependable transportation with good horsemen and drivers at the helm.
I have attached some pictures of Masha the day Randy and Joe came to pick her up. Masha had never been walked out of our driveway and down the road, with a few cars and pick-up trucks going by. I was impressed with how Randy handled her and Masha stayed calm. But, that is what one expects of a Haflinger. Also, Masha had never gone up a ramp into a trailer. Randy let her stop, look and smell. Then Masha walked up the ramp as if she had done it many times before. What a good girl!!

Hi! I have been meaning to write to you since Masha was delivered. I wanted to say Thank you! I am so glad that I decieded to go with Grand Champion. I didn't worry about Masha because I could tell that she was in good hands. She was delivered in excellent condition. I also enjoyed hearing about her trip daily knowing how things were going. I know Emily and I have talked and we both decieded that we would definatly recommend you to others.

Idaho to Tennessee March 2008
Hi Misty,
I'm so sorry that I haven't gotten back to you sooner to thank you, Randy and Joe for the great experience with Grand Champion. You're professionalism and generosity of time and comforting guidance was just what I needed when we moved our horses from Idaho to Tennessee.
Randy and Joe, both called to let me know how the trip was going and update me on the condition of my very big, very pregnant mare as well as our new filly. I knew that they would not be able to get the truck and trailer down our narrow road and was so excited when I got the call that it was time for us to meet and I could at last have my "girls" home. Randy and Joe got our Shire mare into my trailer for me with ease and my inexperienced Gypsy filly loaded fine for them. I'm so thankful that I found such a great company as Grand Champion to help me with my horses and I truly feel as I have made new friends along the way.
