Hi Misty,
Smokey arrived safe and sound today, thank you (and Joe and Allison) SOO much. It was great having daily calls telling me where they were and how he was doing. I hadn't been able to meet Smoke before he was transported here, so it was nice to hear that he was a sweet natured horse and no problem. This was the first time we had ever had a horse hauled long-distance, and if I ever have to do it again I will choose Grand Champion. I was so nervous- and it all worked out perfectly! He was a little tired, but bounced right off the trailer, I could tell he had been well cared for.

    I just want to thank you for the wonderful care you took with bringing my mare from Midland Michigan to California.   I am a large breeder and have shipped horses as far as Capetown , South Africa,  and never in my years of business have I ever been so pleased with a hauler.  I have many people already asking for your number and I am referring everyone to you and you have all our business from now on.  Your equipment is beautiful,  the horses are beautifully cared for,  and having daily phone calls from Allison and Joe left me with no worries.  You do an incredible job and we really appreciate you.

Oregon to New York October 2008

Hi Misty,

Wow!! Sella showed up in amazing shape.  After such a long road trip I was expecting her to be more than quite a bit road weary.  She was tired, but in great spirits and great health!  She didn't have a ding, scratch, dent or rub mark on her and her weight was perfect (she was a bit chunky when she left Oregon).  Allison and Joe were great.  As soon as I met and had a few minutes to talk with them I felt a sense of relief knowing that Sella was in the hands of compassionate horse owners.  I truly appreciated the effort they made to keep me informed along the way.   I certainly hope she doesn't have to make the trip back to Oregon, but if things go that direction, you will definitely be getting a call from me.  I truly believe the trip was much harder on me than on her.  Thank you for all your time and communication along the way.

Iowa to Washington October 2008

Grand Champion shipping took very good care of my horse he traveled from Iowa to Washington, he was shipped to a military base which was a little bit more challenging with check points, and additional attention with getting on post. My horse came off the trailer happy and in good shape. Also they kept me informed throughout the trip, everyone was very friendly and caring. Thank you so much for taking good care of my horse.

I wanted to first of all thank you guys for doing such a nice job transporting my pregnant mare across the country. She arrived in South Carolina happy and in good flesh, has since had an ultrasound, and the baby is swimming away strongly!   I have already recommended you guys to a couple friends and will continue to do so.   Thanks again for providing such an important service so well - it's hard to leave our horses with strangers, and I think you guys do a great job.
