"I would highly recommend using Grand Champion over any other transportation
company. When I was looking for a company to haul my horses from Utah to
Arizona, I "interviewed" several and found that there are many people out
their claiming to be experts at hauling horses but don't have the horses'
best interest in mind. I have a 23 year old thoroughbred that has been with
me for fifteen years, so I was very concerned about the effects the long
trip would have on him. I also have a nine year old thoroughbred that
didn't have much experience being hauled in a trailer. Long story short,
after speaking with the people at Grand Champion and viewing their website,
I felt very comfortable with having them haul my horses. Randy, the owner,
has top of the line equipment and when I saw it, not only was I impressed
but so was everyone else at my barn. When it came to loading my horses, he
showed great patience and care. He checked on them every couple of hours to
make sure they were doing well on the trip and to make sure they were
drinking and eating. He also made two overnight stops with them and stabled
them for the night so that they wouldn't be on the trailer for too many
hours. When my horses arrived in Arizona, they were happy and refreshed and
very content. If you are smart, you will use Grand Champion!
